Our preventive care and hygiene concept - so that you feel comfortable with us!
General:
- The 3G rules apply in our houses.
- Room cleaning is done in a rhythm of 2 or 3 days, also for the sake of the environment.
- The contact details of the guests as well as the period of use of the accommodation are documented and are necessary for entering the house.
- For current occasion we would like to ask you to wear a medical mouth-nose protection in the public areas of our houses.
Staff:
- Our staff is fully trained and educated in all aspects of hygiene.
- Upon entering the hotel, hands are disinfected.Hands are washed or disinfected regularly.
- The staff works only separately.
- Reception staff have been provided with an adequate number of mouth-to-nose protectors and wear them whenever the minimum distance or other safety standards, such as plexiglass walls, cannot be maintained.
- Cleaning staff always wear gloves and mouth-to-nose protection when performing their duties.
Guests:
- All cleaning intervals have been increased and adjusted.
- The reception desk is equipped with a spit shield made of plexiglass.
- On the floor in front of the reception end distance markings (1.5m).
- All houses are equipped with signs for proper behavior.
- We ask for contactless payment (e.g. credit card, Paypal, EC, bank transfer) in advance.
- All room cards are disinfected daily in the appropriate key boxes.
- Door handles, light switches, telephones, hair dryer, remote control and other surfaces are disinfected extra wiping and all intervals are documented.
- All cleaning utensils (mop, cleaning cloths etc.) are changed after each room and cleaning cloths are color coded (different surfaces = different colors).
- The apartments are equipped with linen, dishes, cutlery and coffee/tea according to the quantity of arriving guests in order to keep the infection sources as low as possible, to avoid unnecessary disposal of unused utensils after departure.
- Hand sanitizer is located in each hotel room.
